  • Red Eléctrica obtains the highest score (100 out of 100) in the biodiversity criteria in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index 2017.
  • "Good Practice of the Year 2017" prize awarded by the Renewables Grid Initiative (RGI) in the Environmental Protection category.
  • The ‘Mapping of Birds Flight Paths’ won the prestigious European Business Awards for the Environment 2014 in the special category ‘Business and Biodiversity’. This project also received in 2015 a ‘Highly Commended’ certificate of recognition in the EFQM good practices awards.
