Red Eléctrica de España has signed a collaboration agreement for the adaptation of the Tortosilla cliff dwelling that houses rock art and which is located the municipality of Ayora in Valencia. This site of prehistoric rock art was discovered in 1911 and, because of its uniqueness, was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1998.
