Antón Sáenz de Santamaría, Deputy Minister for the Government in Álava, visited one of the largest substations in Spain: the Vitoria 400/220 kV substation. He was accompanied by Antonio González Urquijo, Regional Delegate for Red Eléctrica de España in the Northern area.
