The Secretary-General of the European Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER), Alberto Pototschning, has visited today, 24 November, the Electricity Control Centre (CECOEL) and the Control Center of Renewable Energies (CECRE) of Red Eléctrica de España, accompanied by the General Manager of System Operation Division, Andrés Seco. After the visit, Mr. Pototschning met with the Chairman, José Folgado.
