Red Eléctrica de España provides a new information service for consumers who still do not have a smart meter installed that clearly shows what the cost of ‘energy used’ will be on their electricity bill. This new tool, called LUMIOS, is located on the "eSios" website of the System Operator, which also displays, on an hourly basis, the rates per kWh that will be applied the following day.
