The Deputy Delegate of the Government in Guipúzcoa, José Luis Herrador, and his chief of staff, Jacobo Caparrós, visited the 400/220 kV Itsaso electricity substation, one of the most prominent of the Basque province. During this visit, Red Eléctrica’s Regional Delegate in the Basque Country, Antonio González Urquijo, and the Head of the Substation, Alain Crespo, explained the functioning of the elements that make up this electricity transmission facility.
