SA 8000:2008
This objective of this standard is to improve global working conditions and ensure that basic labour rights are duly respected. Its contents are based on the different International Labour Organisations (ILO); on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child; and the Universal Declaration on Human Rights. Said acknowledgement allows Red Eléctrica's to consolidate its commitment to support and respect labour rights as stated in the basic principles of its Corporate Responsibility Policy.
