Red Eléctrica implements a three-stage methodology for the management and improvement of processes. This is based on a dual-phase cycle, the first (stages I and II) directed to the planning and implementation of processes (and short term improvements in the implementation), whilst the second (stage III) is focused on the permanent improvement of the already deployed process.
