In 2009, Red Eléctrica de España de España obtained this certificate for equality and work-life balance for actions carried out regarding the work-life balance through their Red Concilia Project.
The efr certification is granted by the Másfamilia Foundation which has recognised measures such as quality in employment, flexibility, family support, professional development and equal opportunities. The validity of this certification is for a period of 3 years for large businesses, and must be renewed for periods of the same length, during which Red Eléctrica will continue to work towards improving the work-life balance measures it offers its workforce.
