The power control centre (Cecoel) is responsible for the coordinated real-time operation and supervision of the generation and transport facilities of the Spanish electrical system. The Cecoel therefore issues the operational instructions of the production and transport system with the aim of guaranteeing the security and quality of the electrical supply.
Cecre is an operation unit integrated into the Power Control Centre (Cecoel). The generation of the renewable energy producers, which have been set up in our country are managed and controlled by Cecre.
