1. When and where the Meeting will be held?

Shareholders' Meeting will take place, in all probability, at SECOND CALL, on April 13, 2011, at 12:30 p.m. in Teatro Auditorio Ciudad de Alcobendas, Madrid.

2. How can I get there?

A private buses service will be made available by Red Eléctrica on the Meeting day for those Shareholders that want to ride them to the Teatro Auditorio Ciudad de Alcobendas.

A number of public transport systems are, also, available.

3. Where are the Shareholders Service Offices located?

The main office is at Hotel Aitana AC, located in Paseo de la Castellana 152, Madrid. This office will be open at the hours shown below from March 21^th to April 14^th:

Monday through Friday:

- 10:00 to 14:30 hours.

- 16:00 to 19:30 hours.

Saturdays:

- 10:00 to 14:00 hours.

The Shareholders can also visit any of Red Eléctrica offices located at its headquarters and the different office branches of the Utility stay open: from Monday through Thursday, 9:00 to 14:00 hours and 15:00 to 18:00 hours, and Fridays, 9:00 to 14:00 hours.

6. What do I need to attend the General Meeting?

You have to own Red Eléctrica Corporación, S.A. stock to attend a General Meeting. Shares have to be recorded in the book 5 days in advance to the Meeting date as evidenced by the appropriate attendance card.

7. I did not receive or have lost the attendance card. How can I get a new one?

Ask for one at the bank where your shares are held in deposit.

8 .What is the attendance premium?

There is no premium for attendance.

9. What options offer the electronic system of distance delegation and voting?
