Shareholder Information Office

For the purpose of the General Shareholders' Meeting, a Shareholder Information Office will be open from 2 April 2013.

Hotel Aitana AC. Paseo de la Castellana, 152. Madrid.

Opening hours from Monday to Friday:

- 10:00 to 14:30.

- 16:00 to 19:30.

Saturday:

- 10:00 to 14:00.

Any shareholders wishing to do so may examine and obtain the annual accounts, the management report and the auditors' report on the Company corresponding to the 2012 fiscal year as well as any other information related to the General Shareholders' Meeting.

Similarly, Shareholder Information Offices will be made available at the Registered Office (Madrid) and the regional offices (Barcelona, Bilbao, La Coruña, Seville, Zaragoza, Valencia) and the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands: from Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, and on Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The Red Eléctrica Shareholders' Office will also answer any questions on +34 900 100 182 from 08.00 to 18.00, and at the following e-mail address accionistas@ree.es.
