In accordance with the last paragraph of Article 117.2 of Securities Market Law 24/1988, of July 28, 1988, introduced by Law 12/2010, of June 30, 2010, and of Article 528.2 of the Revised Corporate Enterprises Law (the "LSC"), approved by Legislative Royal Decree1/2010, of July 2, 2010, Red Eléctrica Corporación, S.A. provided in 2011 an Electronic Forum for Shareholders on the occasion of the holding of its Shareholders' Meetings. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting of February 24, 2011, approved the "Operating Rules of the Shareholders' Electronic Forum" which established a procedure for use of the Forum.

The Board of Directors of Red Eléctrica Corporación, S.A., at its meeting of March 13, 2013, approved this document entitled "Operating Rules of the Shareholders' Electronic Forum" (PDF, 78.7 KB, 6 pages) Abre en ventana nueva .

Shareholders can send the following to be published in the forum:

Proposals that are intended to be submitted as a supplement to the agenda announced in the call notice.
Requests for seconding such proposals.
Initiatives for achieving a sufficient percentage to exercise a minority right as provided for by law.
Offers or solicitations for voluntary proxies.

The forum will go live on March 15, 2013 and will be open through the date on which the Meeting is held.
