The Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting shall be held at first call on April 12, 2011, at 12:30 p.m. at Teatro Auditorio Ciudad de Alcobendas, Calle Blas de Otero 4, Alcobendas, Madrid and, if appropriate, at second call on April 13, 2011, in the same place and at the same time.
General Shareholders' Meeting shall take place, in all probability, at SECOND CALL, on April 13, 2011, at 12:30 p.m. in Teatro Auditorio Ciudad de Alcobendas.
