The General Shareholders' Meeting will probably take place at the SECOND NOTIFICATION on 13 April 2011, at 12.30.

Venue.

Teatro Auditorio Ciudad Alcobendas [see map showing how to get there] Calle Blas de Otero 4, Alcobendas, 28100 Madrid.

Transport to the Shareholders' Meeting. A bus service

shall be provided to the venue of the General Shareholders' Meeting, departing from the Hotel Aitana AC (Paseo de la Castellana, 152) at 11.15, 11.30, 12.00 and 12.15. Buses will return at 14:00 and 14:15 hours.

Public transport.

Buses: Line 151, Autonomous Community of Madrid. Depart from the transport hub at Plaza de Castilla to Alcobendas, and alight in Alcobendas close to the Teatro Auditorio Ciudad de Alcobendas.
