This report details the measures adopted by Red Eléctrica, beyond the legally established requirements, to reach a level of improved efficiency, transparency and quality in the execution of the functions carried out through their Corporate Governance structure.

Its objective is to demonstrate the effort made by Red Eléctrica to introduce the best principles and practices of good corporate governance and their practical implementation, both in the structure and operation of the governing bodies of the company as well as in the commitments and responsibilities acquired with its shareholders, consumers, the Markets and Society, in general.
