Dividend's developments

As a rule, Red Eléctrica pays an interim dividend at the close of the fiscal year, and a supplementary dividend once the dividend for the fiscal year has been approved by the General Shareholders' Meeting at the proposal of the Board of Directors.

Dividend for 2011.

The Board of Directors of Red Eléctrica Corporación, S.A. has agreed on a gross interim dividend payment of 0.676400 euros per share based on the results of the 2011 fiscal year, an amount 15% higher than the 2010 interim dividend. The payment of this dividend shall be made on 2 January 2012.
